We do our best to carefully package items so that they arrive safely. We understand though that sometimes, things will damage in transit and we purchase insurance for all shipments. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you take clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging it arrived in, and the shipping label. Once you have those, contact our team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
